HEAL Medical Group understands the fragmentation and inefficiencies of healthcare in the United States are particularly evident for the chronically ill, the elderly, and the mobility-impaired — with providers focusing on the parts versus the whole person.

Our Mobile Integrated Healthcare Practice (MIHP) model provides patient-centered, team-based care using mobile and telehealth resources — meeting patients wherever they are, whenever they need us. We serve patients ages 16 and older across 3 counties in California.
